Grief And Healing

The loss of a loved one or someone close to us can be a distressing time, with many thoughts, feelings and emotions circling at that moment and beyond. While everyone deals with grieef in different ways, there may come a time where we struggle to comprehend and deal with what we are feeling. Which is why we believe that having an opportunity to talk about how we feel allows us to start beginning to come to terms with what we are experiencing, process grief and allow ourselves to heal.

To the right are several organisations which we feel you may find useful in more difficult times.
